This product was okay for me but I probably wouldn't purchase again. It did help me lose weight though just not as fast as I expected. I did not notice any siginificant change in my weight. Lost about 3 to 4 pounds in a month, then it just suddenly stopped working.

I have been using this product for about 6 months now and am very happy with it. It is an all natural product that can be used safely. I was very happy to see that it was manufactured in the usa. I find that I get more energy when I use this and it has helped me lose weight. I have lost 18 pounds since I started but I know I could lose even more if I am even better about my eating habbits.

This product has made a nice difference in my goal to lose weight. I will only use all natural products that I know are safe. I have reviewed all the ingredients carefully and have found this to be an effective formula that I know is all natural. I am just finishing up my third bottle and will be ordering another 3. I have lost 12 pounds so far. I probably would have lost more if I got my eating under even better control but I am still trying. I noticed that I slid backwords two of the weeks because I had not made good choices when going out to eat but when I behave, it allows the product to work and the results are nice.

I am very happy with this product. I have been using for two months and have seen positive results already. the directions give you the option of taking 1-3 pills daily. I have been using 2 pills per day and have lost 7 1/2 pounds so far. my husband has just started using it so its too early to tell if he will have the same success but I will purchase again.

Directions on bottle say to take 1 tablet 3 times a day. This makes these 3 bottles a 60 day supply, not a 6 month supply.
