works as described (and expected). no single lump found. does not take much effort to shake either. no leaks of any sort. i made a shake and took it to the gym and it has lived up to the price.

As a daily preparer of protein shakes, I have experienced my fair share of protein powder lumps in my drinks ... ugh! This little shaker is great -- the wire shaker ball is very effective ... no more lumps. I would give it a five star rating but can one really give five stars to a shaker?

I have been VERY pleased with this Blender Bottle. I am amazed at how well my GNC Whey Protein Powder is mixed. I have tried other powders as a snack or quick meal to include Slim Fast and Atkins shake powder and this really mixes great with NO LUMPS! The real test was a colon-cleansing high fiber mix from Dr. Natura called Colonix. It's made of psyllium husks and flax seed as the main ingredients. If you've ever considered a colon-cleansing regimen, trust me, you'll definitely need something that can mix that stuff up well and this bottle does it nicely.
The shaker ball certainly helps but where I'm really impressed is the overall quality of the bottle. The plastic is very thick and sturdy. The lid has a remarkably tight fit around the mouth and the flip top is VERY SECURE. This sturdy design allows for a more vigorous shake when you're not so worried about leaks.
It's just solid all the way around. It's dish washer safe if you need it. I just shake it clean after I've finished drinking so it's ready for the next time.
Whether you need a shaker bottle for a protein mix or a high fiber, gut busting colon cleanse mix...This one DOES THE JOB!!
FYI: If you have a GNC near you can find this bottle there. It's packaged as GNC Pro Performance but is the VERY SAME as this one.

This shaker works great with protein powder. I also use this to mix eggs or pancake mix. No leaks whatsoever. Best shaker for the price. Highly Recommended.

There isn't a whole lot to review with such a simple product. The blender bottle works great and the wire shaker ball mixes the protein powders with ease. I've found it extremely easy to clean and have had no issues with it after multiple trips through the dishwasher. It's sturdy and strong too, easily capable of withstanding a beating.
One real important tip. The flap on the top needs to lock into place. You'll hear it click and it does require some force to secure it. Without the click, it's not safe to shake unless you want to have a faceful of protein shake.
