This is a great product. I usually mix labrada super charger and muscle milk light (before and after workouts) in this and it works great. I've used the free ones you can get at the vitamin stores and was never really satisfied how they mixed. This works great and for amazon's price - its defiantly worth it.

I use whey on a daily basis, and hit the gym! I bought this because I was tired of trying to find an empty water bottle lying around the house to mix my stuff in with water. This thing is spill proof, nice design, very ergonomic, and I love it. Use it all the time. Heavy duty bottle... The stainless steel ball is flexible, which is weird, but nice. From the picture I thought it was a solid piece of metal. Still works wonders, and I never get any clumps in my drinks now!!!!!
Also I liked it so much I bought 3, 2 others for my bros...

I hate having little bits of powder that have not been blended into the protein shake I am drinking. This bottle takes care of that! I was so impressed with the purple 28 oz. bottle, that I bought a green and a pink one the same day. They are easy to clean, doesn't leak from the spout or the lid when shaking (if tightened correctly!), fits in the cup holder in my car (I usually shake up my breakfast and drink on the way to class), and are dishwasher safe. I may even purchase another one if I continue to use them every morning.

I absolutely LOVE this product. There is nothing bad I can say about it. I use it to mix up protein shakes along with some fiber powder. It is easy to clean in the dishwasher or in the sink. Just great.
