I have been on this supplement since having cancer in 2007. I was doing some reading on line and came across articles about studies done at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. These articles showed that Curcumin is very helpful in not only preventing various cancers, but also in some cancers the researchers have even seen tumors shrink.

I've done a bit of reading on the wonderful qualities of curcumin. It does tend to be difficult
to absorb so when I saw SUPER BIO CURCUMIN I thought I'd give it a try. Here's the thing.
I have miserable menstrual cramps and if I don't take ibuprofen right away the pain just escalates
and then I end up having to take much higher doses to break through the pain. I hate taking
the stuff, it (advil) works but at a cost to your liver among other things.
So felt the cramps coming on and thought I would try the curcumin. This is a risk for me,
because if I don't get the pain under control quickly it's not good. And I've tried
several natural remedies and supplements that just haven't been able to touch it.
Anyway, took the curcumin. Laid down in a fetal position hoping to fall asleep to escape
the pain and 20 minutes I'm laying there realizing NO MORE CRAMPS!! Pain is GONE!!
I'm up, happy, and able to function. I'm astounded! I often get headaches with this time
of the month too...can't wait to see how it works on those, if I even get any! Usually
when I take the ibuprofen, it does help with the pain but I don't necessarily feel
energetic in fact a bit fuzzy/groggy. Not the case with the Bio Curcumin. I feel great!
But aside from helping alleviate pain and inflammation it's is supposed to be great for
immunity, fighting cancer (destroys cancer cells), arthritis, diabetes(also preventing), kidney issues, alzheimers,
it's antiviral and antiparasitic, can help with Chronic Fatigue, bad cholesterol, Crohn's disease,
cystic fibrosis, accelerates wound healing...enough reasons to feel good about it? Over 5000 papers
have been written on this herb. It has been well researched.
It's non toxic and proven safe up to 8000 mg.
The warning label on the bottle does say not to take it if you have a biliary tract obstruction (bile
duct) or if you are any kind of antiplatlet (blood thinningg) drug such as coumadin or warfarin.
And it also warns that in high doses some indiviuals experence stomach upset.
I can't say enough good about it. I highly recommend it.

It's a fantastic medicinal discover. It has proved that it helps on fortifying the immunological system and against all kind of cancers and other illness. A friend had a big tumor in the lever and after taking this medicine, the tumor reduced dramatically its size and after a while he could heal from this terrible disease.

I've been taking this product for over six months and have noticed a significant improvement in my CRP levels, which are now near normal despite years of elevation. I'm hoping the trend continues.
