2 out of 5 stars It doesn't matter how good it is for them if they wont take it   June 11, 2010
Julie Hutchings (Napa, CA)
I was so excited about this product and even shared the information with the parents group I belong to. When it arrived I gave it to my 6 year old who refused to try it based on the smell. I tried selling it as the taste of a sour gummi worm...no luck. I then offered him some Sprite to get use to the lemon lime flavor...it did get him to taste it, but then he stuck his heel in the sand even more. I mixed it with yogurt...still no luck. I am allergic to fish so I could not taste it myself. Does anyone know if the other flavor is better received?

4 out of 5 stars Tastes great for an omega supplement   April 18, 2010

My 10 year old daughter loved the taste of this one. For a long time she took the Nordic Naturals Children's DHA and really liked it, but after I realized it did not have a high amount of DHA I wanted to try something else. We then tried the Dr. Sears liquid omega, and she would take it but said it was disgusting. I tasted it and agreed. The omegas definitely help her stay more calm and she seems to be able to maintain more self control and control over her emotions. She has not been officially diagnosed but seems to suffer from Sensory Integration Disorder with signs of ADD as well. There is a major difference in her when she is taking the omegas. We stopped for about a month and we went back to some pretty out of control behavior. I highly recommend this fish oil to parents who have children with these issues. It is beneficial in every way. I take the adult orange flavored Coromega and personally I found the lemon lime to taste even better. We will stick with these from now on!

3 out of 5 stars Coromega for kids   April 7, 2010
J Mom (Colorado, USA)
Received product quickly. Both my 6 year old son and 5 year old son did not like the taste. I am now finishing off the product and it is not bad tasting to me but it is marketed for kids, so I guess it is not a success in our house.

My 6 year old is ADHD, so I am trying to find a high quality fish oil for him. We have been taking Lil Critters Omega 3's for years, but is has a low amount of DHA and EPA which is what you really want in an Omega 3. My kids are now trying Dr. Sears fish oil and kids strawberry & lemon flavor and the kids can take that right off the spoon.

3 out of 5 stars can't get my child to take it   March 16, 2010

My daughter doesn't like the taste. I've tried everything but this one just isn't for her.

5 out of 5 stars Best OMEGA 3 Product for ADD   January 24, 2010
Noemi Stuart (Lancaster, SC United States)
I have found this to be the easiest way to give Omega 3 to my 8-year old son for his ADD. He likes it better than all the other forms I have tried, and it works ALL DAY to keep him focused.
