 Smelled really bad after a while June 21, 2010

Started smelling horrible after a while (still within expiration date). Concerned I threw the rest of the pills away. This seems to be the problem with some of their supplements, along with some other companies.

Wanted to try Omega-3 so did some research. This seemed to be the best bang for the buck. After a month, I can feel the difference. Will be buying more in the near future. I didn't experience any adverse effects.

Large but easy to swallow, doesn't repeat on me when taken with breakfast & dinner. I use this with my bio-identical hormones.

I did intensive research before deciding on Life Extension's Super Omega-3. It gives me a decent amount of quality Omega-3 at an excellent price. And I have not been disappointed. My pre-menopause hot flashes and night sweat went away after I took it for a few months. My friend said her chest pain went away after she took it for a few weeks and now her whole extended families are on Life Extension Super Omega-3 because many of them experienced better health. I came to realize that our inadequate diet caused our premature aging. If I change my car's oil every few thousand miles faithfully, why am I not giving my body the oil it needs to function properly?! Our bodies rely on food to supply Omega-3 so do yourself a favor, starting taking fish oil! Buy what ever brand you feel that's right for you but do read the label to know how much you are getting from each capsule. And by the way, my friends and I don't have the fishy smell problem with Life Extension like the other review mentioned. I did have that problem with a "shoppe" brand.

After taking this product for the last three weeks as directed on the bottle, I have developed a bad side effect - burping the taste of fish all day! The remaining softgels are sitting on the shelf. This is not a problem that I have experienced with other Omega-3/Omega-6 products.
